Questions people ask before signing up

Do I need a new phone number?

Use a number that is not active on the WhatsApp app right now. A new SIM is easiest. You keep using your personal WhatsApp on your usual number.

How much does WhatsApp charge per message?

Meta charges per delivered template message, roughly ₹0.80 for marketing and ₹0.12 for utility messages in India. Replies within 24 hours of a customer message are free. Meta bills your card directly.

How many messages can I send in a day?

New numbers start at 250 people a day. After Meta business verification it rises to 1,000, and grows automatically as customers engage with your messages.

What documents does Meta ask for?

A business document such as a GST or Udyam certificate, a live website with the same business name, and a payment card for message charges.

Can I send images, PDFs and buttons?

Yes. Templates support image, video and PDF headers, website and call buttons, quick replies and copy-code offers.

Will my number get banned?

This panel uses Meta's official Cloud API, not WhatsApp Web automation. Follow WhatsApp's policy, message people who opted in and keep your quality rating green.

Can I connect it with my CRM or n8n?
